I think you should take therapies it can make you feel better, I live in my hostel so my room mates take wonderful care of me, my parents too support me, if you have any severe problem try consulting your closest ones they will always support you

I really have hard time dealing with my severe ocd, I have it since 2019 and it still hasn't gone away, I took therapies, medications but nothing has changed

Life's too hard :'( but we have to adjust with it
