definitely do some exercise if it helps. it could maybe be a vitamin deficiency as well, take vitamin supplements if you can.. change up your diet as well if that may be a problem. if you can, please take some sort of medication if this depression doesn’t go away. i used to be SO anti-medication and i felt like i “could fix myself”.. medication helped me so much

try medication like zoloft… i use it for anxiety but it can help with depression im pretty sure.. or perhaps maybe make an environmental change like changing your surroundings, or maybe a physical change like taking walks around the block.
