Hey. Are you okay? Cuz it might seem like you want to do that, but you really don't. I used to SH with my nails and it eventually turned into cutting. But I found someone who I live and ik she loves me and trust me, it gets better. But you do NOT want to lose your life to self-harm. I have been batteling for about half a year, and I have almost lost my life several times bc of it. And it might seem like you want to die, but don't do it. Imagine someone you really look up to and care about. Someone thinks about you that way and would be DEVISTATED if you were gone. And if you don't believe me, I don't blame you cuz I was the same way. But there is someone and they just won't tell you. It's going to be okay. Find something to look forward to in the future and that has kept me going. I hope I helped
