get key fragments.
here are the fragment locations and how to get them
1, intro: say you're going to help egg the house, then throw an egg at the crow next to the road (on the high ground) and quickly grab the key fragment before billy ends the scene
2, night 1 when exploring: go behind the fridge in the room next to the door, and get the key fragment
3, in the dream: go into the room next to the basement door, grab a metal pipe, break the window, look for the fragment, grab it, then go back and continue
4, night 2 when theyre about to record: look behind the tv, and take the fragment
5, in the basement while its burning: you need to be quick for this one aswell. go behind the boxes to the right of the staircase, and take the key fragment. you can either free billy or leave him there
then, in the cutscene, the key will form itself and unlock the door.
