If I wanna find preferences for ideas a variety I'd go to Someone like Z, if I wanna find technical ideas and style I'd go to Noob2, if I wanna see Entertainment I go to animators that should be in animes, like Kenhama (not that z and noob2 don't entertain but you get what I mean)
