When I feel like this, a take a moment to sit down, and watch a peaceful show, or relax. I'd watch Hilda, or Bluey. Both beautiful shows. Really great for calming down.

Honestly I think I've also tried to commit, I can't remember.

But hay. Just know, there is someone always there for you.

Have you ever tried to Nit? That might help.
Have you ever just played in bed with your eyes closed listening to calming music?
Did you know that your favorite comfort character probably has a bunch of yt vids about them singing songs?
Did you know there are people who breathe into microphones so you can listen?
Have you ever tried to snuggle up with your pillow?

That might help.

And if you need, we can call and talk.
Although I don't know Spanish, so you may need a translator.
