Forcing ur self to feel happiness won’t do anything. U have to REALLY feel it. It might make much sense, but there’s not no hope for u to find happiness. U just have to know where to look for it. Vent to someone ur close with, convince ur parents to go somewhere nice, anything that makes u feel loved, and happy.

U shouldn’t vent and feel bad about it. I u have something troubling u, say it if u beed to.

U don’t need to have a purpose to live life. Self doubt and anxiety are the worst kinds of demons. But only u have to affect how they make u feel. Ask a parent to vent to. if ur suicidal, ppl will miss u in the end. Someone always cares about u. And u are loved and appreciated. Just let that thought echo in ur head, “ I am loved and appreciated.”

Things that are apart of u: empathy, integrity, kindness, forgiveness, beauty, gentleness, talent.
