Idk. I really noticed it when I think I was 7 for no reason and it is getting worse. The doctor says nothing is wrong with me when I go in for checkups so idk what's wrong.

Btw, this can happens bc I almost always have to manually breathe and if I don't, I just don't breathe and that can cause that to happen.

Its been happening all my life, but thank you for worrying about me!

Also, it happens randomly. Mainly one to three times a day but it can happen more. Smetimes I can barely breathe at all and other times it gets just a little harder to breathe.

Bc i have trouble breathing so I am trying to take deeper and quicker breathes to get more oxygen so I don't passed out, like I have before
