its easier said than done, but dont do it, its not worrh it, youll move on to worse things, then worse, and i dont want you to do that, its so bad, eventually youll hurt yourself so bad and you wont be able to stop it and itll put you in the ground :( its easier said than done but dont do it, because, think about it, really, what does it do? what does it fix? think about that
