I would like to say smth about this.
You definitely aren't these and unfortunately i doubt youd try and talk to your parent's about this since.. Toxic, but you can definitely use this to lift yourself up more, and not let it pull you down, since it's better to uphold firm ground and have a stepping stone rather than to fall to despair and chaos off the ladder. Id probably say, have a break at time's and do things when needed <Which i don't since i literally procrastinate>. But most importantly respect your parent's and yourself even if it's literally difficult on doing so. Pay attention to your surroundings and importantly yourself to see if you are improving <E.g Mentally and Spiritually> and getting better.
Don't know the full context but just giving this
I'd like to share something, my parent's usually scold me for using my phone, WAYY too much, since my average time using my phone is.. 8-16 hours per day
