I just worry a lot about my future, my relationships, my family, and my friends. I worry so much it makes me sick and it’s honestly pathetic how much I do. Like it’s not as if the world is going to end tomorrow randomly. I just worry so freaking much it makes my back hurt, and my heart race. Sometimes I worry I’m being a jerk to you, and I’m making you uncomfortable. So I end up freaking out about it for hours. Or I worry that Matt doesn’t like me and he just likes my body or something. The list goes on. I need to stop worrying so much it’s genuinely ridiculous.

It’s not worth it, I know this is long and drawn out with these comments. But I self harmed and still do and it will get infections. You will bleed pus, you may risk getting gangrene. Your skin will bloat and cause warts, and all of your scars will stay with you forever. And nobody will take you seriously with them because they call you an attention seeker. It hurts mentally and physically, and I know exactly what that’s like. DO NOT BE LIKE ME. DO NOT DO WHAT I DO. AND DO NOT HURT YOURSELF. But I can’t stop you from doing anything. But the consequences will be terrible, so I recommend not doing it at all.
