Hey don’t do anything that makes you uncomfortable. Possibly you need to find a coping mechanism that helps stimulate yourself in ways that makes you feel energized both physically and mentally. No need to quit anything you love doing such as discord or this app. But I would recommend finding another thing to do to make yourself feel better. For example i like to do skincare, or dye my hair. But those are my personal choices.
