i recommend going to a tharipist. A lot of people think that if you do something wrong when at a tharipist then they will put you in a jacket. They actually don't do that unless they get straight confermation that something like suicide or murder is going to happen, and then they don't really do that still. It would be healthy. They do genuinely help if you actually want to be helped.
