I woke up at 10 bc my siblings were being loud and I went to go ask them to quiet down (I did yell a bit because I was tired and I feel really bad about that) and then I went back to my room and I felt bad for yelling so I just spent like the next hour thinkin about it and then I fell back asleep and I had I’ll just say a very unpleasant dream and then I woke up to my dad yelling at me to shower and how I’m so stupid for yelling at my siblings bc 10 is a perfectly normal time to be loud and that I just need to sleep earlier
