i was OBSESSED with horrors when i was younger, i use to watch horror gameplays 24/7 but rn im not a big fan of like general horrors but i LOVE pyshcoligical horror games i find those comforting

first of your not a burden AT ALL please vent to me whenever im always free to listen <3 and please hurting yourself isnt a good solution.. THERES lots of different healthy ways to cope, if you feel the urge try rip paper or scribble on a piece of paper really hard or you can come talk to me, and if therapy isnt an option then you can tell any adult really if your ever comfortable with it, and try eating small bits of food and work your way up or distract urself while eating so u dont think of the food or the insecurites, i love you and please don’t do it, it isnt worth it
