Those aren’t scribbles no matter what depiction you are coming from, Shadow knows the way she did it, I know too. Its a common style used by many artists, they draw the outline of the character or picture they make, the make lines going from one direction, down to the other line, and make another line from the same direction, and do this many times quickly until enough color fills the lineart to be called a fully colored drawing.
