Yeh, but it depends on how u react to caffeine if u have a reaction it will most likely keep u up but me it doesnt do anything.

Oh i say it helps but all it does is burn my toungue....which is what helps. Caffeine doesnt rlly have an effect on me. But i choose coffee over any other hot drink because i just like the taste of coffe XD
