It will come in the future, right now im quite busy at the moment and I don't have time to finish it until my other projects are done.

The first part is practice. You'll never get good without practice! After some time you'll be able to draw and use references, using reference to boost your artistic skills is good. That way you are improving and remembering the references in your mind. Basically practice.

I wanted the adults to be like a mentor figure. Asta is a teen just like Kazuki so It wouldn't make sense to put Asta as a mentor lol
