You can always just make a new email account or whatever

Yeah you just sign in or whatever and you click the Plus button at the bottom right corner and you should be able to search for someone you want to talk to

If your asking the name of the app thing that me and her use it's hangouts as long as you have a email account you should be good to go

I don't really know if it's an app but she forced me to make an hangouts account thing and now she doesn't talk to me the only reason why she did that was so I can talk to her when she moved or if one of us are sick but like I said now she doesn't talk to
