Ace put out the cigarette once it was no longer usable and threw it in a nearby trash can. He decided to use another one. He lit it and blew out more smoke. After a while the cigarette went out. He threw it away. He calmed down a bit, though he’d smell like cigarette smoke for a while. He never told anyone he smoked. Aria found him smoking on accident once.

Aria didn’t like them. Talking with the people in that house just annoyed her. She eventually found Ace in the distance. “I’m assuming you smoked again. I’ll leave you to it then, come back to the lounge when you’re ready.” She said as she went back. She opened the door back to the lounge. “I’m back.” She said.

Lilith waved at her. “Lucas’ is fine so far.” She said.

The meeting went on for a while. “The meeting is over, the party can begin. Leave if you wish.” The man said. People got up from their seats. Some drank wine and talked about their lives. Some were walking around talking to people they pass.
Ace was silent the entire time. He didn’t have the best family situation.
A small boy walked up to Ace. He whispered “Monster.” to him. Ace looked at the boy. He didn’t want to remember it. He was pissed, he decided to walk out of the door before he kicked him in the gut. He went a decent distance away from the house. He slid his mask to the side. He took a cigarette from the pack and lit it. He then blew some smoke out. He didn’t smoke often, he only did when he was stressed. Just when he thought he had forgotten about it, he remembered it again. It was all so clear. He blew out more smoke.
Aria decided to leave after she finished the conversations with them all.

“We just need to watch over him. Should be easy.” She said.

Ace and Aria left. They used their abilities to get to the place quicker. They were now in front of a large house.

Aria knocked on the door. She didn’t want to be there either.

A woman with white hair opened the door. “Come in.” She said. She glared at Ace.

Aria and Ace walked in.

A man with black hair and green eyes sat at the table. “Now that everyone is here, sit down at the table.”.

The other people sat down at the table.

“You all know why you’re all here. We’ll be discussing business.”

They nodded.

“Aria, you should know how the company is doing.” The man said.

“Our earnings have been going downhill. I’m assuming we need a solution for it.” She said.

Lilith looked at Pepper. “So, do we just wait?” She asked.

Ace looked at the clock. 8:44 PM. He looked at Aria and signaled it was time. He didn’t want to go but he had to.

Aria nodded. “Pepper, Lilith. Me and Ace have a place we need to be, it’s pretty important. I’m trusting you both to take care of him.”

Lilith nodded. She then looked at Pepper and Lucas.

Lilith looked at them all silently. She looked at the clock. 8:43 PM.

Ace was still silent.

Aria looked at the clock.

Aria and Ace also need to go meet people but it’s at 8:45 because they gotta be there at 9 sharp >.> ))

Lilith nodded. She knew that Ace and Aria need to be somewhere else by 8:45 PM.

Ace was silent, he didn’t say anything.

Aria looked over at the clock. 8:41 PM.

Ace looked at the clock. 8:37 PM. It was almost 9. He was getting anxious.

Aria remained silent.

Lilith was also silent.

Lilith had an idea of what happened now. She decided not to say anything.

Aria tried to understand the situation.

Ace had a feeling he knew what happened. He decided to stay silent.

Aria was confused now.

Ace was confused as well. He looked over at the clock. It was 8:28 PM. His confusion was replaced with anxiousness when he saw the time.

Lilith stared at them. She wasn’t sure if they knew what to do, it seemed like they did to her.

Aria seemed confused and worried.

Ace was worried now. From the situation, it seemed to be something bad.

Lilith seemed somewhat concerned. It seemed to be a nightmare or some sort to her.

Aria had a worried expression on his face. Something seemed to have happened.

Ace was a bit worried.

Lilith seemed confused and worried. She wondered if it was a bad dream.

Lilith finished putting the cards away and looked over at the sound of crying.

Aria looked over, did something happen?

Ace was surprised by the crying and also looked over.

Lilith knocked over the card pyramids she made and began putting them away.

Aria was awake, staring at the ceiling.

Ace was also awake, he was getting a bit anxious as the time past.

It was now 7 PM.

‘Two hours left.’ Ace thought to himself.

Aria looked at the clock. She knew there were two hours left until they had to go meet them.

Lilith finished the seventh one. She stretched for a bit. She had four more cards and made a square box out of them. She decided to put them all away later.

Ace looked over at the clock in the lounge. It was 6:58 PM. It would be nighttime in a few hours. He didn’t look forward to the ‘event’ he had to attend to in a few hours. He looked back to Lucas after a bit.

Aria waved at Pepper. She got comfortable on the lounge couch.

Lilith finished the sixth triangle pyramid. She was now the seventh one.

Ace didn’t know a lot about kids but he decided to try anyway. He gently held Lucas’ hand.

Aria got comfy on the seat.

Lilith looked at her deck of cards. She had enough for two more with a few extra. She finished the fifth one and now on the sixth one.

Ace calmed down about the situation. There wasn’t anything to be worried about anymore in this situation.

Aria looked at Pepper. “Okay then Pepper!” She said.

Lilith was focused on the cards, she was now on the fifth one.

Ace was somewhat surprised. Seemed like he could keep the mask on. He poked Lucas’ hand.

Aria also smiled. It wasn’t too bad.

Lilith looked over. She was relieved, seemed like the situation got better. She continued to stack cards.

Aria was relieved. The situation did in fact get better.

Lilith finished the third card pyramid. She was now on the fourth one. The card pyramids were neatly in a row on the table.
