Last year, the snow only stuck to the ground once and it was when I was at the beach for vacation x3

Was the snow sticking? It snowed a few days ago for hours but none of it stuck to the ground.

I live in Tennessee. It doesn't snow, really

It was snowing a tiny bit earlier but now it's raining. Not cold enough
