I’m scared..

I was walking downstairs to get a drink but then my vision went black and I heard something falling but then my vision was normal again and I realized I had fallen down the stairs.. then my eyes hurt and I heard something saying in a faint but normal voic

No my family built this house like decades ago and we have lived in it since then. ((I wasn’t even a thought yet nor my great gramma))
