I don't want to hide myself but if I showed who I really am my parents will hate me.

I have something important to say. I'm tired of hiding myself. I'm tired of acting a way I'm not. I don't think you know this, but I'm goth. I've only told my friends in school, and they love me for who I am. But I'm worried if I were to come out to them

But I'm worried if I were to come out to my parents they wouldn't approve of me because my mom is incredibly religious. She sees goths as being drug addicts and horrible people, but I know, being a goth myself is the complete opposite.
