Eventually, my friend finishes the poster and comes over to me really pissed and tells me what they said about me. I get upset because they don't appreciate me taking the time to do this skipping lunch and PE.

Didn't put yours up is because she knows if she put yours up they would of been jealous and probably try and fight you over it.
