Why do parents switch moods so fucking much?

My dad will be fine. Calm. Everything’s okay. And boom. Pissed off. And ofc he takes it out on fucking me. I had a 6.2 mile race and then a birthday lunch with a friend. I haven’t been home at all today and he called me lazy. At least I wasn’t in my room.
