I can’t eat without pain on my left and right sides

I got my braces off so I got a wire in between my two front teeth so they don’t spread apart again, and so I can’t eat my my front either, so i literally CANT. EAT!

I got braces on the top row of teeth because my bite was wrong, my teeth were crowded, and also because my two front teeth were too far apart, so I had NO space for my canine teeth to grow in
