Yes take deep breaths, it helps a lot,,, there is no one definition of a true friend....each friend is like a butterfly or a snowflake....each is different and unique in their own way, even the true ones,,,

And the c'mon....I've only seen the type of friend you are talking about in movies. Real true friends arnet always there...sometimes they can't be, not even I can explain who a true friend is,,,
