Does anyone know how to get through the final cave in Pokèmon Moon?

I need to perform the ritual thingy with the Sun & Moon flutes, summon Moone, and catch him. I can’t find the ritual thingy spot, how do I get out of the cave? I already beat Hapu, which was easy.
