While I’m changing I see ThIs on my ribs

I literally see blood on my ribs. frIcKiN bLoOD- This is probably since I’m skinny af and my skin is brushing against my bones a bit now when I move so I’m gONnA Go eAT A LoT RN THrOuGHOuT THE WHoLE DAY- my spine is starting to hurt too-
