Gm! Time is not messed up anymore I'm back in England (read desc.)

So I'm back in England and already I feel dizzy and whoozy idk why maybe I might be diabetic idk the doctors haven't said anything but levels of blue sugar drop down in the night so I have to stay still while I'm asleep and when I get up I'm all shaky
