It won't let me on this app anymore :(

Every time I try to go in this app it dosent load anything it just stays all white.
Therefore there are only some times where it lets me on. Like now.
So just so you know if I'm not on for a long time that means I'm trying to get in but I cant

Maybe write down ur login ID and password somewhere so u will remember how to get into this account, then delete and get the app again and login :v idk if it will help but u can try
