Ok so short story ( all this stuff is in game)

I got this very little sickness called 'Gem Cancer' it's NOTHING like actual Cancer. It's super innifective to your health only to your apperance it puts a gem in your throat wich makes you speak funny and also seperates you fingers from your body so yeah
