Is it okay for my female canary to sit on my lovebird’s egg?

Yesterday my female lovebird layed an egg outside of her nesting box, this is the fourth time my female has layed an egg first time she layed an egg she didn’t know what it is and not take care the second time she layed an egg she sited but it didn’t work

And same to the others aswell my female canary has been sitting in her nest for god knows what and no egg came, me and my mom decided to put the egg under my female canary, I’d it okay?**
