Crap- I tore up the inside of my mouth!!! Shit it hurts so much----

When my mouth was num I didn't realize that I was 'chewing??' on the inside of my bottom lip cause I couldn't feel it- now it hurts like hell and it's bleeding and looks really bad-- shit, do any of you know how to deal with it??? Without an adult cause n
