I hit my neck on the handle of the seat in front of me in the car

So here's the story. So we were driving to ladybug, (a cake/sweets place) And this dude pulled in front of my dads car, (and I wasn't buckled up...) and my dad did the brakes, and I flew forward and hit my neck on the handle on the front seat. (I went to the hospital) I'm fine though.
