Negative energy

Our negative energy spreads to our demons the ones who cause us to think bad about our selves so the best thing to do is ignore the demons or the chances we live will decrease to a 0 so in my world I usually think the demons are just little bitty flys that we could kill easily and that they will be washed away by our powerful lord atua. So never listen to the negatives and just push them away then your life will be great. Or you could just stop facing reality and go to you own world of life that’s what I did and it works perfectly.
