I think there is a big difference. We have Countryballs/Polandballs (hah balls-) But we all use it as country humans
I think a human doesn’t have multiple bright colors such as green or red or yellow in their skin. It looks more natural in hair. So I think no body ever made a country human the right way. Don’t murder me-

Like I said but not a lot of people do it correctly but they label cballhumans as country humans when it’s not human
