This is Ees.

The last of Wisps sisters. Before they were born, there were two of his kind. Fel, (the dad) and Seva (the mother) the rest died in a horrible radiation that spread around the land. They wee scared, and homeless. They stayed in the starving state, until they started seeing illusions. This wasn't good at all, since they started seeing oasis' and mountains, city's and streets. I call their species.... Rashes. For no reason. Idk then came ACTUAL city's and, Fel, and Seva, got taken care of after a guy named Mark and a girl named Sheela. Then came Peep, Wisp, Rip, and Ees.
