So now every time it sounds like someone is making fun of me I start to become someone else

He made me believe that my boyfriend was cheating on me so I got with him and broke up with my boyfriend. I then left him and he emotionally black mailed me. Then he finally agreed but started rumors that I was cheating on him and saying I was a bad person. I sadly had to ruin his life by telling his secrets he told me to keep because it would make him seem bad so everyone began to hate him
