Weird/Bad things I do- part 2

I dong sleep. By in I dont go to sleep till I pass out due to lack of sleep. Because I believe forcing myself to lay on my bed and wait to sleep is bad. When it is not. Sometimes I dont even sleep at night . Because I cant pass out and sleep. And I really cant stop doing this.
