My entitled neighbor

I don't remember his name so let's call him Retard. So my mom told me this story so I'll try my hardest to remember some details, ps, this isn't a long story. This started when Retard went to a busy restaurant with a box full of shitty vegetables he grew. There was a huge scene going on, he was insisting nonstop on trying to sell the vegetables to the restaurant saying "you need these!" and shit like that. After a while of rejection he left the restaurant angrily. Idk what went through his old head. Yes, he's an old entitled man. And he's a fucking retard.
