10654. Or Hap if ya wanna call her that. Was a serial killer who was in a gang. Her nickname was Smiley because she was always happy. But one day she took happypills and took alot of acid. Permanently putting her in a drug induced state of mind. Some facts about her are: she loves drugs. Cant die from overdosing. A murderer. Never takes off her mask. Very annoying. Only makes noises and shirt says what she wants to say.
