Uh soooooo how do I come out as trans to my parents?-

They won’t even let me cut my hair short like I want to reeeeeeeee... like I’m sure they are transphobic :/ my mum acts like she supports me but I’m still scared ://////

I’ll try, but I still don’t know if they will let me do what I want. My mum said I can cut my hair short at 19.. That’s far away for me... They think it’s wrong how I can chose my sexuality at this age..-

Try to tell them that they cant change who you are, and that you're transgender and they have no control over it. The only thing they can do is support you and let you be who you are.
