Also, girls can't wear ripped jeans because it'll "turn on the boys"

Whether or not skin is showing, it's not gonna stop guys from looking at girl and thinking dirty.
Like, there are literally guys at my school that wear jeans with holes above the knee and the teachers ignore that but "oh my god there is a tiny ass rip in her jeans. Go to the office."
Boy: *looks at me and smiles kindly*
Teacher: *sees this, looks at me, sees my collarbone* Uhm, what you're wearing is against dress code. Please report to the office."
