Why am I spending so much time on this

The war started in 1960 when the government of Meroneco elected a socialist government, however the southern side wanted to stay democratic, so a civil war broke out, both shades invaded other neutral countries that had to suffer in the crossfire. Millions of lives were lost in the war that ranged 3 decades (1960-1980). City’s, lives, hope food and more were all lost. In the aftermath, the victorious side was the socialist government. The country was later put under famine and basically everything to make your country go to s h I t.
