If you have add its ik I understand when someone says no its not the end of the world its life all you need to do it accept it... dont just get told a punishment that might happen when you mess up and do it dont just give up and you end up getting it anyways try... when your in class and you get fidgety and your teacher gets mad at you for taking out the lead from you mechanical pencial dont just sit there ask the teacher if they had anything for you to fidgit with in class.... if you feel scared to ask someone for something dont just give up get into the bathroom near bye and say in your mind and say " you can do it this is not you you can go and ask for a pencil from a stricked sub you can do it" until you have the strength and train your brain for competence and go ask him or here... the lesson is dont be scared dont give up and never get emotional easily just take a deep breath and make sure you are being you and the way you are is quirks and happiness dont give up
