Depression crying sucks for me

I always wipe my eyes when I cry but at the end they hurt from the wipeing eye but I dont wanna use like my sleavs or something else because in the end I cry a lot when it happens and I mostly cry at night because being alone scares me and when my mind is alone it's when old thoughts and times pop up saying " hey fucker, you missed me you son of a bicth "
