'Bad' or 'terrible' art

No art is ever terrible, weather or not it's just a few scribbles of a face or character or if it's the whole mona lisa. It doesnt matter the effort put into it, but the meaning of it. You could take The Starry Night painting and put it beside another painting of better quality and still the majority of people would love it because of the message, freedom. No art is ever terrible. The only bad art is when you're trying to hurt to harm someone, because all forms of Insult or harm are the most terrible.
