Well, at the previous episode, the stray cat was called Oov. But then at this time he didn't want that name bc it sounds so weird and spooky-ish to him, so the cat that saved him (or the cat called "Not Spog) gave the stray cat a new name that is Minty, and the cat was happier with it.
