I don't know anymore...

My parents give me mixed signals, they want me to socialize but cut off most of my contact from the world, they want me to have friends but don't want me hanging out with them, they want me to make my own decisions but hate it if I make the wrong decision that I had NO IDEA was a bad decision, what do I do???? I don't know!!!!
